There’s nothing like the taste of a well made home cooked pizza. I’ve never been much of a cook. I usually find it pretty boring. But I reluctantly spent a Sunday afternoon making a bunch of pizza from scratch, from the dough and topping through to cooking them in a gas fired outdoor pizza oven and smoking them with wine soaked woodchips.

Here I was thinking they wouldn’t beat a take out pizza, but wow I was impressed. The things were amazing. Ever since, I’ve been obsessed. Long story short, this brought about the birth of online pizza ovens, where we will strive to bring you the best in everything on home made pizza.
